Alquileres PDD is a free guide to holiday rentals. By using the site you accept these terms.

What the guide is

We publish listings with the information each host gives us (description, photos, amenities and contact details). The guide is not part of the booking or the payment: the agreement is solely between the guest and the host.

Verified listings

When a listing shows the "Verified" badge, it means we checked that the place exists, that the photos are of the property and that the host answers, on the date shown on the listing. We do not guarantee availability, prices or the condition of the place at the time of your stay.

For hosts

Listing is free. The host states that they lawfully manage the property and that the photos and details are their own and accurate. We reserve the right not to publish, to pause or to remove listings with false information or repeated guest complaints.

Content and trademarks

The photos and texts of each listing belong to its host and are published with their permission. The design and the Alquileres PDD brand belong to their authors.

Liability

We run the guide in good faith, but we are not liable for damages arising from the relationship between guests and hosts, nor for errors in the information they give us. If you spot a problem, write to us at hola@alquilerespuntadeldiablo.com and we’ll look into it.
