Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Alquileres PDD processes and why, in accordance with Uruguayan personal data protection rules.

What data we receive

Guests: when you send an enquiry from a listing, we store your name, email, phone (if you enter it), dates, number of people and your message, along with the date and IP address it was sent from. The enquiry is forwarded by email to the host so they can reply.

Hosts: when you list a property we store the form details: name, owner, WhatsApp, email, social media, address and photos. We publish on the listing the contact details you choose to show.

What we use it for

To connect guests with hosts, verify listings, answer enquiries and improve the guide. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that may set cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@alquilerespuntadeldiablo.com. Uruguay’s Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for follow-up between guest and host, and host data while the listing is active or until they ask to be removed.
